2. Available Products
Original artworks on canvas and paper, limited edition screen prints, and limited edition reproductions ("prints").
3. Delivery Methods
Delivery is preferably made via CTT Expresso. A hand delivery may be arranged upon prior agreement between the parties.
4. Payment Methods
Payments by bank transfer and MB WAY are accepted. Order processing begins after payment confirmation.
5. Returns and Cancellations Policy
Under applicable legislation (Decree-Law No. 24/2014), the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right to freely withdraw from the contract, without the need to provide any reason, except in the case of customized works or works specifically produced for the customer, where this right does not apply. To exercise the right to withdraw, the customer must contact João Vaz de Carvalho using the contact details provided on the website.
6. Shipping Schedule
The order will be shipped via registered mail within seven business days after payment confirmation.
7. Sales Geographic Area
Sales are available for mainland Portugal, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
For shipments to Azores, Madeira or abroad, the seller will assume the shipping costs only upon prior agreement and after providing a quotation.
8. Copyright
The purchase of an artwork does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduction, distribution, public communication, or commercial exploitation of the artwork. All copyrights will remain with João Vaz de Carvalho.
